1What the platform is

DropProfile is a digital platform for companies and suppliers. It exists to make it easier to create and view company profiles, to discover companies and suppliers, and to learn about opportunities for cooperation and commercial deals, through search, filtering and matching tools powered by artificial intelligence.

2Creating an account

• —Correct and accurate information must be provided when creating an account.
• —The user is responsible for keeping their sign-in credentials confidential.
• —An account may not be created in the name of a company or organisation without holding the authority required to represent it.
• —DropProfile may suspend or cancel accounts that contain misleading information, or that use the platform in a way that breaches these terms.

3Company profiles and content

A user may create and upload their company's profile, including introductory information, services, products, documents, images and commercial data.

The user acknowledges that:

• —They have the right to use and publish the content they upload.
• —The information provided is accurate and not misleading.
• —The content includes no material that breaches the regulations or the intellectual property rights of others.
• —They are responsible for keeping their company's information up to date and making sure it is accurate.

4Profiles built with artificial intelligence

DropProfile may provide artificial intelligence tools to help create or improve the content of a company profile.

The user understands that content produced by artificial intelligence may need review and checking, and that the user is responsible for reviewing and approving the information before publishing it.

5Search, matching and deals

DropProfile may use artificial intelligence to analyse and classify company data, improve search results, and suggest companies, suppliers, or potential opportunities for cooperation and deals.

These recommendations are not a guarantee that any deal or commercial cooperation will be completed, and DropProfile bears no responsibility for the outcome of dealings that take place between users.

Each party is responsible for verifying the other party, and for reviewing the terms, prices, contracts and any information related to the deal before entering into any commercial obligation.

6Dealings between users

DropProfile operates as a platform for enabling contact and the discovery of commercial opportunities. It is not a party to the contracts or agreements concluded between companies, unless expressly stated otherwise.

7Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights relating to the platform, including its design, identity, software, content and trademark, are owned by DropProfile or by its licensors.

The user keeps their rights in the content they upload, while granting DropProfile a licence to use, display and process it to the extent needed to provide, operate and improve the platform's services.

8Prohibited use

The platform may not be used to:

• —Provide false or misleading information.
• —Impersonate a person, or represent a company without authorisation.
• —Publish content that breaches the regulations or public decency.
• —Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• —Use the platform for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
• —Attempt to breach, disrupt or damage the platform or its data.
• —Collect user or company data by automated means without permission.

9Service availability

We aim to keep the platform continuously available. Some services may nonetheless stop temporarily because of maintenance, updates, technical reasons, or causes outside our control.

10Disclaimer

The information, profiles and recommendations on the platform are provided for commercial and informational purposes.

DropProfile does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of all information provided by users, and does not guarantee that any deal will be completed or that any particular commercial outcome will be reached.

11Changes to these terms

DropProfile may amend these terms when needed. The updated version will be published on the platform, and continuing to use the platform after the update is taken as acceptance of the new terms.
